The Premier League has been hotting up over the past few weeks and before heading into the international break, there was plenty to talk about for all the clubs in the top flight.
Two clubs who have been making headlines for differing reasons this season are Everton and Spurs, with the Toffees struggling down at the wrong end of the table despite a summer of big spending, while Spurs are doing extremely well at the top of the table under Mauricio Pochettino.
The January transfer window is bound to be a busy one again and both these clubs will be looking to add a few new faces to the ranks if possible, and our landlord her in the Tavern thinks the Championship has just the sort of player they need to go for. That player? Fulham starlet Ryan Sessegnon.
The youngster has been an absolute revelation since making his splash into the first team two seasons ago, and he is showing signs of becoming one of the best young players in world football, let alone just in England.
Sessegnon possesses pace in abundance and has the ability from his left back role to influence games with his attacking play, as well being defensively sound for someone who is so young.
The top clubs in Europe will no doubt all be interested in signing Sessegnon, but with both Spurs and Everton have money in the bank to spend in January, they should both be going all out to capture the youngster ahead of the rest.
