Bournemouth need to bring some more fresh faces in

The Cherries are getting the rounds in at the Transfer Tavern tonight as they excitedly await the start of a new Premier League campaign.

With this summer’s transfer window coming closer and closer to its end, Eddie Howe should probably think about making a few more signings before it is too late.

Bournemouth finished in ninth place last season which, considering it was only their second full season in the Premier League is a fantastic achievement.

Every club wants to improve on their last outing however and if they are going to climb any further up the table then Howe needs to bolster his squad up.

The Cherries begin their 2017/18 campaign away from home against West Brom and so far in their top-flight days, the opening game hasn’t been kind to them.

Losses to Aston Villa and Manchester United in the last two opening days mean they have a 100% loss record which they will want to change.

Bournemouth have made some good signings already so far this season with Nathan Ake and Asmir Begovic joining the south coast club but there is always room for more.

Reports are linking them with a move for Demarai Gray who could be a huge addition to their front line.

Our landlord doesn’t expect Bournemouth to be nearing the bottom of the table come the end of next season, but he doesn’t think they’ll go much further unless they spend some money.
