Brighton: Fans give mixed response to player departure

Many Brighton fans have given a variety of responses to the news that Jurgen Locadia has left the club on loan.
The Dutch attacker has joined Hoffenheim in the Bundesliga on a season-long deal, for an undisclosed loan fee.
Locadia joined the club from PSV Eindhoven in January 2018 for what was a club-record fee of £15m, according to the BBC.
He has featured 43 times for Brighton since joining, scoring just the six goals – two of which were in his first two games for the Seagulls and the last coming in the FA Cup quarter-final vs Millwall.
The 25-year-old had a few problems at the beginning of his Brighton career due to injuries (via Transfermarkt), and upon returning to the full-fitness, the player has found it difficult to get into the first-team regularly.
There was a mixed response to the news from Albion fans, with many criticising the club for letting him go, while others were more than happy to see the back of him.
Here are some of the replies to the club’s announcement tweet below…

Sometimes I am embarrassed by some of our “fans”. I guess they don’t understand the tag line #Together.
