Celtic’s Kieran Tierney wanted by Fulham

Celtic will desperately be trying to replicate the magic of last season as they completely dominated proceedings domestically, with improvements being required in Europe.

Indeed, the Hoops were dominant in domestic competitions last season as they breezed towards securing the Scottish Premiership title. Although, they haven’t enjoyed a very successful transfer window and it looks like it could get even worse, as according to Sun Sport, Fulham want to sign Celtic’s star left-back Kieran Tierney.

Fulham are right in the race for Celtic and Scotland star Kieran Tierney, but the Hoops are demanding that the Cottagers must pay £25 million for him.

However, they aren’t the only club interested in snatching the youngster away from Parkhead this summer, as Wolverhampton Wanderers, Everton and Bournemouth have all shown interest.

So, with a number of clubs interested in securing the services of the left-back, it’s only a matter of time before one of the clubs meets Celtic’s demands, which would be a huge blow for the Scottish club.

THE VERDICT:

Celtic have had a rather disastrous summer transfer window as they’ve let Rangers gain the upper-hand. And, it looks as if it’s about to get even worse for the Hoops, as they’ve been dealt a huge blow as another Premier League club are interested in securing the services of Kieran Tierney this summer.

Indeed, Brendan Rodgers seriously needs to reconsider things on the transfer front as Celtic have shown very little ambition and run the risk of losing one of the most promising players in the whole of world football.
