There have been some raised voices amongst the Everton supporters over by the pool tables about the future of Bryan Oviedo after The Daily Mirror linked him with a move away from the club.
The report states that Championship outfit Queens Park Rangers are interested in signing the fullback and have enquired about taking him on loan.
The Costa Rican has only recently overcome a serious injury and is being pushed further out of the Goodison Park side due to the performances of England international Leighton Baines and promising youngster Brendan Galloway.
Oviedo featured in the Merseyside club’s FA Cup clash against Dagenham & Redbridge last weekend as he looks to regain his match fitness, though he had to be substituted by boss Roberto Martinez during Saturday’s defeat at Chelsea because of an injury problem.
This season, Oviedo has only made 6 starts in all competitions for the Toffees.
However, QPR boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink is reportedly eyeing a move for the 25-year old defender as he looks to improve all departments of his squad.
