Chelsea fans in the Football Transfer Tavern feel the club have a big decision to make after the Daily Express explained how Stoke are looking to sign Victor Moses permanently in the summer.
Despite the 24-year-old getting injured for the third time this season, Stoke boss, Mark Hughes is determined to sign the on-loan winger from Chelsea.
People believe he has great potential but he has never had the platform to really excel following numerous spells on loan.
He has great pace and power and Luke Shaw said he was the hardest winger to player against in the Premier League in his breakthrough season at Southampton, despite playing against players like Eden Hazard and Raheem Sterling.
But not everyone has seen this quality, which is not surprising, as he has only played 19 games this season, but this down to his numerous injuries.
Mark Hughes has turned around the ethos at the Britannia Stadium and players like Moses are imperative to his game plan.
“Because he is an explosive player, the hamstring is always a danger and so he will always be a bit susceptible to those kind of injuries,” said Hughes.
“But that won’t affect my thinking on other decisions we make with Victor.
“He has done well for us this season, but he is a Chelsea player and so they decide on the timing of talks.
“We will get him back fit and well. He did have a problem with his thigh and they are a notorious injury, but he’s had no re-occurrence of that.”
