Both Chelsea and Manchester United fans here in the Transfer Tavern are excited at some transfer news which has been reported in today’s Metro via Italian outlet Tuttosport, which claims AC Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma will be offered to the Premier League duo.
The 17-year-old is a real star of the future and is already a first-team regular for the Italian giants and despite his tender years, he looks set to be a star of the future.
It is being reported that Milan are keen to balance the books and the Italian stopper could be available to United and Chelsea for a knockdown price of £32 million.
One United fan is sat puffing on an e-cigarette here in the Tavern and he thinks that Donnarumma would learn a lot from David de Gea, believing that United should do all they can to secure the keeper.
A Chelsea fan has also overheard the news in the Tavern’s beer garden and he thinks that Donnarumma should choose Chelsea over United, stating that the youngster could be the club’s number one if Thibaut Courtois is sold in the summer.
Chelsea fans, would you be welcome to the Italian stopper joining the club? Would he be a regular in the team if Courtois is sold?
