Chelsea boss pushing Blues star closer to the exit door?

"It's a good place for me to develop"Blue is certainly the colour for Chelsea fans here in the Football Transfer Tavern and not in a good way after the claim from BBC Sport.

The publication has noted that Jose Mourinho has hit back at Eden Hazard’s comments and indeed criticisms of his tactics and it does not bode well.

Hazard has of course been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge in recent months and we now think that this summer will be one to watch for Blues fans.

Mourinho has certainly reacted in a passive-aggressive manner in his response to the Belgian winger’s criticisms.

Mourinho was asked about the comments from Hazard and¬†claimed: “When the comments come from a player like Eden it’s normal because he’s not the kind of player to sacrifice himself for the team.

“He’s not mentally ready to look to his left-back and leave his life for him.”

He also elaborated further, calling the first goal Chelsea conceded Hazard’s fault. He noted: “Normally you get these kind of comments from players like him, from players that can’t resolve a problem like we had in the first goal.

“If you see the first goal of Atletico you completely understand where the mistake was and why we conceded that goal.”

As our punters point out, that is not exactly positive and it does remind us of comments made by Mourinho about Joe Cole during his first spell at Chelsea, and we all know what happened to him!
