Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has, as per usual, got punters in the Football Transfer Tavern dying to hear his latest comments, as reported by the Daily Mail.
The Blues manager has claimed that for any suitors to land his star duo of Eden Hazard and Oscar, it will cost a massive amount.
In fact, it will cost around £300 million, which even for a side like Paris Saint-Germain, is mega money!
The creative stars have been the driving force behind Chelsea’s title challenge this term and have attracted interest accordingly.
French side Paris Saint-Germain are well known admirers and their players cannot seem to stop talking about the duo.
As our punters note, it was only a matter of time before Mourinho responded, and the Special One noted: “No. It’s not irritating. No problem, if there is Financial Fair Play, they don’t have money to buy them.
“If there is no Financial Fair Play and they threw something crazy, £300 million for both, I think Chelsea has to think about it.”
Of course both sides are set to meet in the Champions League quarter-finals next week, with Mourinho still insisting his side are the underdogs and indeed the ones who PSG will have wanted to draw!
Do Paris Saint-Germain quite simply have no chance of prising Oscar and Hazard away from Chelsea this summer? Perhaps a PSG UCL win would help attract them? Let us know your thoughts below.
