Chelsea fans aren’t happy with Maurizio Sarri after Andreas Christensen comments

Maurizio Sarri hasn’t done much wrong at Chelsea since he moved to Stamford Bridge. The Italian has made a fantastic start to life in the English top flight, and despite Chelsea’s struggles last season, the Blues have really turned it around this term.
However, it appears as though the Italian is on the cusp of his first issue since moving to the club.
The Italian manager has, of course, preferred to utilise the duo of David Luiz and Antonio Rudiger so far this season. This has left Christensen in the cold for much of the campaign, with cup games his only salvation thus far.
It appears as though Chelsea fans are siding with the player on this one, as many fans have taken to Twitter to reveal their frustration. Many of them want to see Christensen in the team regularly.
Take a look at what they’ve had to say below…
If Christensen ends up leaving, it will all be on Sarri. No defending him here

He should be playing instead of Luiz! He has so much quality and he’ll only get better

Would be so disappointed if Andreas Christensen decided to leave us. When Cahill leaves he will be our 3rd choice centre back. David Luiz is 31 years old. Just stay patient & more chances will come #CFC

This was coming. Christensen looking for a move if he isn't getting more gametime. Can't fault him for wanting to play but can't change when we are doing well. Interesting to see how Sarri manages this.#CFChttps://t.co/iX0g7Or5qZ

I'd pick him every day over Luiz.

This is frustrating because we’re playing a 31 year old who admittedly has improved under Sarri…
But this means we’re leaving a 22 year old on the bench who has the potential to be a very, very good player. For me, we can’t risk Andreas Christensen leaving #CFC https://t.co/FCtBWOz40n

He’s right

Every right to say this, miles better than Luiz and yet i suspect no matter how well he trains Luiz is going to have that starting spot til the end of the season.
