Chelsea fans on Twitter can’t stand Gonzalo Higuain

Gonzalo Higuain came to England in January on-loan from Juventus and whilst the Argentine came with a big reputation all we’ve seen of him so far is a brace against Huddersfield and very little work rate for very little reward. Yesterday the ex-Real Madrid man had a chance to turn that around at Anfield, but he was again poor.
The Chelsea man wasn’t even fancied by Maurizio Sarri for the start at Anfield yesterday. The Italian manager didn’t even go with a striker on Merseyside from the start as he opted for Eden Hazard as a false nine, with Callum Hudson-Odoi and Willian on either wing. That didn’t last long, though, and Higuain came off the bench with 35 minutes to play to try and change the game.
The Argentine frontman has shown time and time again during his time in Italy that he can score goals for fun. However, with a lack of any real pace, strength, aerial prowess or the ability to score with both feet, plenty of Premier League supporters are wondering how the 31-year-old ever scored goals anywhere, and Chelsea fans were left slamming the striker again yesterday.

The Blues cannot stand seeing Higuain turning out for them and will be desperate for the Argentine to be sent back to Juventus in the summer with no permanent deal for him.
