Callum Hudson-Odoi is arguably considered one of England’s brightest future stars and he proved it again last night.
Is Callum Hudson-Odoi Chelsea's best youngster?
At just 18-years-old, the forward has outlined himself as one of the Premier League’s best upcoming talents, so much so that Bayern Munich made a big-money bid for him in January before he’d even started a game, such was his impression amid the limited Chelsea minutes he has under his belt.
The youngster, according to WhoScored.com, already has three assists in little under two and a half games in all competitions for his club this season – outlining just what he could do if he was handed more game time by Frank Lampard now he’s back from injury.
Last campaign, the Englishman provided four goals and two assists in just nine league games when he burst on to the scene and showed the Chelsea faithful exactly what he is capable of.
Indeed, the goal he scored for England U21s against Austria on Tuesday night further highlighted his talent.
With that in mind, here is how Chelsea fans reacted to the stunning solo effort.
Starboy. People don’t understand how good this guy is.
