Chelsea: Fans see successful future after Tammy Abraham and Christian Pulisic break league record

Chelsea put on another goal-fest for their fans who travelled to Burnley on Saturday. Their 4-2 win meant it was the first time Chelsea have scored three or more goals in four successive away games in Premier League history. Frank Lampard will be over the moon he’s managed to hit this vein of form with such a young squad.
Opta Joe on Twitter posted that Chelsea are now the first team in Premier League history to have two different hat-trick scorers in a single campaign aged 21 or under (Tammy Abraham and Christian Pulisic). Abraham has been key to the Blues’ recent form, netting eight league goals from nine starts and assisting one. Christian Pulisic has started just four games so far this season, but his hat-trick and all-round performance, rated a rare 10/10 on WhoScored, will give Frank Lampard some more welcome selection problems.
Chelsea’s official Twitter account saw Opta Joe’s Tweet and shared it with their 13.5 million followers using simply two strong arm emojis. Fans were understandably buoyant after the win, and they showed their delight in the replies, expressing their excitement for the future.
