Juventus are reportedly eyeing a move for Chelsea left-back Emerson Palmieri, according to CalcioMercato.
Juve boss Maurizio Sarri, who last season managed the full-back whilst in charge at Stamford Bridge, is thought to be a huge fan of Palmieri and is on the lookout for cover in the left-back department.
Emerson displaced Marcos Alonso as the first choice left-back at Chelsea, starting the first five games of the Premier League season, but has not featured since sustaining a hamstring injury against Liverpool last month.
Alonso has been reintroduced at Stamford Bridge in his absence, and has performed well by notching two assists for the west Londoners in all competitions, so the Italian will likely have a challenge on his hands when he returns from injury.
That said, Emerson has got the backing of the Chelsea faithful this season, who were clearly impressed by his performances at the start of the campaign and do not want him to leave the club for Juve next year:
How about no?

First Kante, now Emerson. Is Sarri just trying to copy & paste the Chelsea Squad into Serie A, bit by bit?
