Chelsea fans are rolling their eyes here in the Football Transfer Tavern as it seems another one of their forwards is set to leave the club – according to the Daily Star that is.
Loic Remy has not set the world alight since his move to west London and it seems his former manager Alan Pardew is keen to add him to the Crystal Palace side – and we think that could well see the Eagles finish in the top ten next season.
There are a couple of our Chelsea fans who think that Remy has bags of talent and could have made a decent job of his first season at Stamford Bridge but simply was not given a chance by Mourinho – and after seeing 37-year-old Didier Drogba picked ahead of him on more than one occasion, it is pretty hard to disagree.
Remy would undoubtedly be first choice at Palace although quite if he would be willing to give up his big contract and chance of trophies at Stamford Bridge remains to be seen.
Chelsea fans. Has it become clear that Loic Remy is your third choice forward and a poor one at that? Let us know your thoughts below.
