Chelsea are braced for losing their goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois this summer after the Belgian fell out with the club’s goalkeeping coach, Christophe Lollichon, according to The Sun.
The French coach was all set to leave the club during the summer but now it appears he will stay with the Blues, which looks to end Courtois’ association with the club.
The news has angered the Chelsea fans present here in the Transfer Tavern but will appease Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain who have both been interested into the stopper for some time.
Courtois hasn’t been his consistent best this season and many Blues supporters here in the Tavern believe that he can be replaced by a better alternative, although they do believe the club needs to make their mind up one way or another.
One Chelsea fan is waiting for the Friday night karaoke to start and he thinks the club should cash in on their keeper and replace him with Southampton stopper Fraser Forster.
Chelsea fans, who is the better keeper: Thibaut Courtois or Fraser Forster? Would it be a mistake to sell the Belgian?
