It’s been a superb season for everyone involved down at Stamford Bridge and Antonio Conte looks to have secured the league title in his first season at Chelsea.
The Blues have led the way after Christmas and it’s testament to the Italian who has found a real winning formula in this Blues squad, delighting the Chelsea fans that have been lining the bar here in the pub all season.
But of course, there’s going to have to be investment over the summer months to continue this positive spell and one man that might be making the move to London if Conte gets his way is Greek international Kostas Manolas.
According to Italian outfit TMW, Chelsea scouts will be at the Roma game today as they ready a £30million bid for the talented defender, who has picked up quite the reputation following his time in Italy.
Conte has been quick to implement a three-man defence at the Bridge this season but our Chelsea-mad landlord wants to see even more quality brought into the backline this summer.
And should the Blues press ahead with a move for Manolas, they’d be adding quite the player to their ranks.
Blues fans- just how good a signing would Manolas be? Leave your thoughts down below!
