Paris Saint-Germain have targeted Eden Hazard as their number one target this summer and it’s left Chelsea fans in the Football Transfer Tavern more than a little nervous.
According to The Mirror, the Parisians will make a £50 million bid for the Belgian after the World Cup and they’re hopeful of securing their man.
It’s understood that Hazard and his representatives are aware of the potential interest from France but they are yet to comment on the situation.
Hazard and Jose Mourinho had a public spat just a month ago after the Blues boss criticised the Belgian star for not sacrificing himself for the team.
The former Lille winger appeared to question Mourinho’s tactics saying: “Chelsea are not made to play football.”
It now remains to be seen whether Hazard will sacrifice himself completely by asking for a move to Ligue 1.
If he does go he could be joined by fellow Chelsea player David Luiz who is also wanted by the Qatari-owned club.
Chelsea fans. You all worship Mourinho but was publicly hitting out at your best player a step too far for the Special One? Let us knwo your thoughts below.
