This is after hearing that their goalkeeper – who made nearly 500 appearances for the club – will look to leave the club in the near future if he remains second choice.
According to Sky Sports, Petr Cech is currently fighting for his place in the side but if he continues to be playing second fiddle to Thibaut Courtois, he will look to exit Stamford Bridge in January.
Punters in the tavern have witnessed the impressive rise of the 22-year-old Belgian recently who is seamlessly stepping into the first team of a Premier League title challenging team, leaving Petr Cech surplus to requirements.
Many believed that once Jose Mourinho had settled on his number one choice, he would make it a priority to offload the other but it hasn’t happened and he will now either have to unsettle Courtois and drop him or sell Cech.
Cech told Czech Radio: “I think they know me well enough at Chelsea to know that the situation is definitely not the way I would imagine.
”With the European Championships in 2016 and the national team in mind, there is no time for me to sit on the bench and not to play.
“I have not spoken to anybody at the club but if the situation will not start to improve for me then I will want to solve it.”
Cech came on for the Belgian against Arsenal on Sunday after Courtois suffered a head injury following a collision with Alexis Sanchez but it is supposedly not too serious.
The former Atletico Madrid loanee is all set to play for Belgium against Andorra and Bosnia-Herzegovina in the forthcoming Euro 2016 qualifiers.
