Chelsea fans do not appear to be shocked in the Football Transfer Tavern after The Mirror revealed that Jose Mourinho is looking to let Mohamed Salah leave on loan in January with a whole host of Premier League clubs interested.
Everton are favourites to sign the Egyptian international on loan as the two clubs enjoy a good relationship in the transfer window but Sunderland, QPR and Stoke City are also interested.
The 22-year-old is yet to start a game for Chelsea in the Premier League and as their good form continues, it looks unlikely that he will break into the first team anytime soon.
Although despite his lack of first team football, Mourinho believes he could have a long career at Chelsea and hopes loaning him out will help him adapt to English football.
Everton who are interested in the pacey winger will have to cut short the loan spell of Christian Atsu if they want to sign Salah on loan because Premier League rules state they cannot have two players on loan from the same club.
