Chelsea star’s long-term Stamford Bridge future shrouded in doubt

Soccer - FA Community Shield - Chelsea v Manchester City - Villa ParkChelsea fans are just getting over their Champions League exit not to mention their hangover here in the Football Transfer Tavern and Metro have made it worse.

The publication have claimed that Chelsea star Eden Hazard has launched a scathing attack of his side after the loss to Atletico Madrid and we think this could well put his future at the club in jeopardy.

Hazard has been linked with a move away and after winning the PFA Young Player of the Year award, we think his stock is set to rise even further.

The Belgian winger spoke after his side’s exit from the Champions League yesterday evening and claimed: “I’m sad but logic has been respected because they deserved to qualify.

“Chelsea is not set-up to play football. We’re good on the counter, a little bit like Real against Bayern.

“We did it well tonight since we scored. But their goal hurt us before the break. We failed to make the difference in the second half.

“Often, I’m asked to do it all by myself and it’s not easy. It was a complicated game. It will be a lesson for us regarding next year.”

Our punters think that those comments will not go down well with Jose Mourinho, and given the summer of change ahead at Stamford Bridge, we think Hazard could be in for a shock!

Can you see Hazard moving on to pastures new this summer? PSG perhaps? Let us know your thoughts below.
