Metro have caught the attention of Chelsea fans in the Football Transfer Tavern after they revealed that the Blues have offered £35.5m plus Oscar to sign Juventus star Paul Pogba.
The Frenchman picks up plenty of plaudits in the Tavern and Chelsea fans would be ecstatic if they were able to land him.
But punters are unsure how it will go down if they sacrifice one of their leading midfielders, Oscar, who has been a great servant at the club.
The Brazilian has a great creative edge but there have been question marks raised by punters, who question whether he physically strong enough for Jose Mourinho’s liking.
Whilst Pogba is the complete opposite as he showed athleticism in the later stages of the Champions League.
But punters have worked out, that if this deal does materialise, then it is a fair one, because £35.5m along with Oscar, who is valued at £21.3m equals to £78.1m.
But they are expected to be rivaling bids from Barcelona and Manchester City, who both have the financial backing to exceed this figure.
