Many of them have a Chelsea win down as a given but it looks unlikely that the West London club will do it with Fernando Torres or Marco van Ginkel in the squad.
According to talkSPORT, both players are close to exiting Stamford Bridge with Serie giants AC Milan keen on both players.
The Italian giants see Torres as the perfect replacement for Mario Balotelli who joined Liverpool just days ago and have offered Chelsea the proposition of a season-long loan deal.
But Rossoneri club administrator Adriano Galliani has confirmed that an official offer for the permanent transfer of Dutchman van Ginkel has been made.
Galliani said on AC Milan’s official website: “We are in the last stages of the (transfer) market and we will see if we are able to acquire an important forward.
“This is our main aim. Torres is certainly an important forward and we will see if we can sign him or another player.
“Van Ginkel? It’s possible.
“We have written to Chelsea and are awaiting a response. We are optimistic.”
