One of the brightest youngsters in European football Bruma has caught the eye of punters in the Football Transfer Tavern’s over the past 12 months and now he is available on a free transfer, as reported by Sky Sports.
The 18-year-old is wanted by Jose Mourinho at Chelsea but his club Sporting Lisbon have claimed that the winger had a clause in his contract adding another year to it this summer.
The Portuguese Under-20 international’s lawyer has vowed to get his client away from the Jose Alvalade this summer and a move to Chelsea could happen sooner rather than later.
Fellow Primeira Liga giants FC Porto are also after the pacey wide man who regrets the bad taste left in people’s mouths by this whole saga.
“I deeply regret the outcome of this matter. I did everything to stay at Sporting and I made it clear to my representatives to try to reach an agreement. But after all this time, Sporting did little for me to renew,” he told A Bola.
“I want to avoid any sort of controversy with Sporting and especially with the fans. I am a professional and I will continue my career.”
