Amazing Chelsea XI to win title under Sarri

Amazing Chelsea XI to win title under Sarri

Chelsea continued their fine start to the current Premier League campaign by beating Bournemouth 2-0 at Stamford Bridge last weekend.

The Blues failed to secure a Champions League spot in the last campaign, but they’ve soon turned things around under Maurizio Sarri. Indeed, the London club have taken maximum points so far this season as they now find themselves in a good position to challenge for the title.

It’s important that the Italian can identify his best XI to really push towards the title and keep up this consistency, with a healthy lead possibly being formed at the top of the table in the near future.

Therefore, in an ideal world where injuries aren’t a problem and with the Premier League title at stake, here’s an idea of what Sarri’s amazing XI should look like…

CHELSEA’S AMAZING XI

We’ve gone with a 4-3-3 formation, as that is the formation that Maurizio Sarri has made great use of so far this season, so it’s important that he doesn’t change things and ensures consistency.

Kepa Arrizabalaga has been rather impressive since making the move to Stamford Bridge as one of the most promising goalkeepers in world football.

Antonio Rudiger and David Luiz have formed an incredible partnership at the heart of the defence that not many sides have been able to break down. Indeed, Cesar Azpilicueta always ensures consistency on the right-hand side of the defence, while Marco Alonso poses a threat and is as solid as a rock on the opposite side.

In midfield, N’golo Kante always ensures solidity at the heart of the midfield by intercepting any through balls and controlling the play. Meanwhile, Jorginho has been a wizard in the middle of midfield so far this season as one of the best pieces of Premier League business from the summer transfer window. And, Mateo Kovacic offers a different dynamic in midfield as he adopts a dogged approach and has the ability to play the long ball.

Lastly, the Blues’ attacking three will consist of Pedro, Alvaro Morata and Eden Hazard. Indeed, the Belgian will be vital to Chelsea securing the title in the current campaign, but it has been Pedro that has come up with goals at crucial times to help secure points so far.
