Chelsea: Blues fans react to Jorginho’s message for Tammy Abraham against Ajax

Chelsea’s Champions League clash against Ajax at Stamford Bridge was one of the most entertaining games in the competition’s recent history.
The Dutch champions were 4-1 up early in the second half, with Hakim Ziyech in particular doing damage to Frank Lampard’s side with three assists.
A stunning comeback followed; with the score at 4-2, Chelsea earned themselves a penalty in a move which saw both Ajax central defenders dismissed.
Jorginho converted his second penalty of the night, and academy product Reece James eventually went on to grab the equaliser on a night of intense drama at the Bridge.
Italian midfielder Jorginho has impressed fans under the new manager, and already has more assists this season (2) than he managed last time out under Maurizio Sarri (0).
One of those assists came in the win at Watford last weekend, with the Italian delivering a wonderful first-time pass for Tammy Abraham to convert the finish.
The pair linked up again against Ajax, but not in the same way; Jorginho was seen telling Abraham to keep his chin up after he had scored the own goal that saw his side trail.
Here’s how some Chelsea fans reacted to his gesture:
I love him ,He’s serious 💙

Nevermind what a man. What a leader he has been. He keeps leading by example and very positive on the field. He picks his players up when they are down and look what it leads to. A great comeback. What a season he’s had so far this year.
He for sure does NOT need Sarri.— jerry mancini (@jmancini8) November 6, 2019
Absolutely love watching Jorginho on and off the ball…he always tries to dictate what pass other players should make love seeing it!

I love how everyone has seemed to flip on how they feel about Jorginho. Last year all I read on twittet was negative and harsh comments about him now you want him as Captain. Remember this next time we have a new player who doesnt start off hot.

He’s the captain…Azpi is just wearing the armband
