Chelsea: Fans agree with Manchester United legend Paul Scholes after comments on centre-halves - Chelsea

Chelsea fans were agreeing with Manchester United legend Paul Scholes after he revealed his fears of the two centre-halves for the west London club.

While the former England international believes they are good enough defensively, he questioned Fikayo Tomori and Kurt Zouma’s ability on the ball, talking about how it can send nerves through the team (Premier League via The Mirror).

Zouma has proved to be a liability at times, having made two errors leading to goals in the English top-flight so far this campaign (via Premier League).

With Antonio Rudiger out injured, Frank Lampard has opted to partner Zouma and Tomori at the heart of defence. Likewise, Andreas Christensen has also had problems with injuries this term.

Fans were in agreement with the former Red Devils man, who commented on the two defenders, as they took to Twitter to react.

Here is a selection of tweets from the west London faithful, with some even calling for the club to re-sign Nathan Ake:

Chelsea fans, what do you make of Tomori and Zouma’s ability on the ball? Let us know your thoughts!
