Chelsea fans are falling head over heels for striker Michy Batshuayi after the player made some loving comments about the west London club.
The Belgium international, who has a fantastic record for his country with 16 goals in 27 caps, said that he ‘deeply’ loves the club and feels ‘at home’ at Stamford Bridge, despite never have been first-choice (via The Express).
Batshuayi has been playing second fiddle to Tammy Abraham this year, having played just 343 minutes in 12 appearances across the under-23s and first-team.
However, he has performed brilliantly, scoring seven goals in his limited game time, averaging a goal every 49 minutes (via Transfermarkt).
Fans were loving the comments made by the player, who is dubbed ‘Batsman’ due to his goalscoring ability, as they took to Twitter to react.
