Chelsea managed to steal the three points from Arsenal on Sunday after Tammy Abraham scored an 87th-minute winner shortly after Jorginho’s equaliser. The Blues only sprang into action late in the game and that was after Mateo Kovacic was replaced by Callum Hudson-Odoi, but fans still showed their appreciation for the Croatian.

He came out of the game with a respectable 6.9/10 rating from WhoScored, but in the Sun’s player ratings they pointed out he “seemed to be suffering from the hectic set of fixtures”. However, they also noted how he “looked the most likely to pick up the ball and create an attack but wasn’t offered too much support to work with”, and Chelsea fans must have seen this too.

The midfielder posted a pic of him running with the ball during the game and captioned it “Difficult game today with a very satisfying ending!”. Many Chelsea fans then saw the tweet and replied to it praising the 25-year-old for his efforts despite him not being on the pitch for the game-winning moment.
