After watching Tammy Abraham develop into one of the most exciting prospects in English football, the Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern have been in discussion.
The 19-year-old has notched 13 goals in 15 games for both Bristol City and England u21s, hitting headlines for his clinical finishing of late.
Now, according to the London Evening Standard, the talented teen’s future looks set.
They’ve revealed the west London giants haven’t included a call-back clause on his deal with the Robins, meaning he’ll remain in the West Country for the entirety of the campaign.
With only Diego Costa and Michy Batshuayi available to Antonio Conte as natural centre-forwards, Abraham’s form is indicative of another transfer blunder from the Premier League giants.
While he’s got a long way to go to prove himself worthy of a regular starting berth in the top flight, the form of Marcus Rashford at Manchester United would surely have served as an inspiration.
Can Abraham make it as a first-team star? Let us know below..
