Conte is weighing up a £15m bid for the U20 Brazilian international as he looks to sure up his midfield and move the Blues away from their 10th placed finish last season.
Michy Batshuayi and N’Golo Kante have already arrived at Stamford Bridge this summer but the Italian manager is pressing on with business, still being linked with moves for Everton’s Romelu Lukaku and Napoli defender, Kalidou Koulibaly.
