Rob Green joined The Debate podcast to discuss Chelsea's victory over Liverpool in the FA Cup and gave his opinion on whether Kepa Arrizabalaga should start the next game.

It was a rather thrilling game for Frank Lampard's troops as they eliminated Liverpool from the FA Cup with an impressive 2-0 victory at Stamford Bridge.

But one of the talking points was definitely Kepa Arrizabalaga's performance and Green was asked whether he thinks that warranted him another start on the weekend. Here's what he said for The Debate podcast (3/3/2020): "There is only one person who can answer that and that's Frank. But if Kepa could do anything it would be putting a performance like tonight against Liverpool and keep a clean sheet and he's done that."

We still don't know whether the display vs the Reds will indeed be enough for Kepa to secure another start between the sticks for Chelsea but it's definitely a promising start. It's also worth noting that the young goalie has been on the bench for the last four Premier League clashes and the Blues' bout with Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

For that reason, returning into the XI would definitely be a huge step in the right direction.

Chelsea fans, would you like to see Kepa back in the starting lineup against Everton on the weekend? Let us know down in the comments below!
