At this point, it must be questioned if Maurizio Sarri will even make it to the summer transfer window as the Chelsea manager. Still, with a strong run in the Europa League, he is looking as if he may just save his place and fight for another season. To be honest, as every Chelsea fan reading this will know, no one is quite sure what's going on.

But is the Europa League really enough for you Chelsea fans?

Indeed, another trophy from European competition would be a nice view in the trophy cabinet, but Sarri will be well aware that he has a long way to go in order to truly go down as a Chelsea great.

We've seen it all before, Roberto Di Matteo came in and won Chelsea the Champions League on THAT night in Germany and yet, he still faced the axe the very next season.

So, he needs to do something to save his job. With that in mind, here are a couple of requests that the Italian should ask for during the summer to ensure he still has a job come the following season.

Put an end to the Hudson-Odoi saga

The biggest talking point of the January window was, of course, the Callum Hudson-Odoi move to Bayern Munich. Chelsea somehow managed to survive an onslaught of bids from the German club at the time but reported interest from Manchester United in the Daily Mail should make the concern even greater.

Considering his promise and potential, it could end up being one of the most important deals Maurizio Sarri completes if he is to keep hold of the promising 18-year-old.

With the transfer ban in mind, the club need to keep the recently-capped England ace.

Proving to be one of the deadliest men in the Championship, Tammy Abraham is yet to be given a real chance at Stamford Bridge. So, with a transfer ban in place, it may finally be time to see Chelsea put some trust into their youth prospects and use Tammy Abraham as the main man up top.

Although players like Olivier Giroud can have contract extensions, it must be made clear to the Frenchman that he is purely a cup game player.

The Blues lack a striker and, working with Sarri, Abraham could be that man.
