Chelsea know that they need to make big improvements on the pitch and that can be helped by the transfer activity the club do off the pitch.
It’s a very important time for Chelsea as a club right now, seeing as they have found themselves in a spot of bother results wise.
As a team, Chelsea are fully equipped to be a challenge for any team they may face but right now, they’re in danger of losing their space in the top four.
Maurizio Sarri and his team alike need to get their act together if Chelsea are to return into the Champions League this season and the acquisition of Barcelona’s Malcom could be very helpful in helping to achieve that.
Malcom, (who is valued at £36 million on Transfermarkt) is a player Barcelona fought very hard to get but now Malcom is learning the hard way that game time with the Spanish giants won’t be easy to come by as he’s started just one La Liga game this season.
That simply isn’t enough for a player of his ability and a move away from Nou Camp has since been discussed.
It’s unlikely that Barcelona will cut their costs this early but a loan move could benefit all involved, especially the receiving club Chelsea.
The Blues could improve upon Pedro and Willian, with Malcom potentially able to fulfil the role as a better winger and a more potent threat in their attack.
Alongside Eden Hazard, all of the names above could play a massive part in helping to secure Champions League football for Chelsea, especially Malcom is he is able to recapture his best form.
