Real Madrid continue to express their interest in Man City’s Aguero, and are even willing to throw Higuain into the mix. It seems that these days managers just can’t keep their eyes off other teams players.
Not to mention players refusing to sit still for a season or two. The Mail Online reveals that Real Madrid are ‘refusing to give up in their ambitious bid’ for the 23 year old Manchester City prodigy, Sergio Aguero.
After failing to bag the Argentinean striker last summer, Real president Florentino Perez is more eager than ever to get his hands on the prize goalscorer. With a tally of 21 goals in 37 appearances this season, Real would be prepared to pay a whopping £37.5million for the forward, or even offer Higuain and a compensatory £5m.
Man City have indeed expressed keen interest in the former River Plate striker, with his almost as impressive 17 goal scoring record, but unsurprisingly however, Mancini would much rather use Carlos Tevez as bait to tempt Real into a swap deal for Higuain.
Whatever City’s decision, it cannot take long, as it is reported that Chelsea, Juventus, Inter Milan and even Paris Saint-Germain are also dead keen on the 24-year-old striker.
