Summer talks to decide if South American will play for Chelsea next season

Life amongst the Chelsea fans so often celebrating in the Transfer Tavern has been a happy one for months now.

With the Premier League title all but secured, the Blues in the bar are already looking ahead to what Antonio Conte needs to do this summer in order to improve his ranks.

So, reports from Goal today have sparked debate. They claim the Stamford Bridge giants are considering cashing in on Brazilian winger Kenedy this summer, following his recent stalled progress.

While he impressed at times under Guus Hiddink last season, the 21-year-old has struggled to break into Conte’s rather set first-team this season and representatives are reportedly set to talk about his options in the summer.

After seeing his loan spell at Watford cut short by injury, Kenedy is believed to be open to the idea of pushing for a move away from Stamford Bridge if he continues on the periphery of the first-team.

Undoubtedly a talent, the Chelsea fans hope this isn’t the end of his time in west London, though understand his frustration.
