The Chelsea fans here in the Transfer Tavern are hoping for a hat-trick of Hazards this January. Indeed, with Eden oh so good, the Blues in our bar are eager to see as much of him or his family as humanly possible! To be fair, it's hard to blame them.

Having already signed Eden Hazard's brother Kylian in the summer, Conte seems to be hell-bent on making the brothers reunited this January as he seeks to re-sign Thorgan Hazard from current club Borussia Monchengladbach. Though he largely unimpressed while at the Blues during his first spell, Hazard was shipped out on loan to Zulte Waregem and his current club who he made a permanent move to back in 2015, since going on to become one of the best players in the Bundesliga.

While it's well reported that Conte needs to add some depth to his midfield especially, our regulars have been discussing a couple of possible incomings this month to strengthen in other areas. With Chelsea still fighting on all four fronts, a big and quality-packed squad could be the difference maker going into 2018.

Our landlord takes a looks at the two that the regulars spoke about the most, who could potentially follow Hazard to Stamford Bridge this winter...

Moussa Marega

The Porto forward could be the key to Conte's season, while he searches across Europe for a deserving back up to the number one striker Alvaro Morata. Batshuayi hasn't impressed as many would have liked him to do this season and looks likely to leave the Bridge this January.

Marega has started the season like a bullet out of a gun, hitting the back of the net 12 times already. Conte will have competition for the signature as rival Jose Mourinho is also reported to be making enquires for the forward as he looks to replace injured Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Arturo Vidal

The Chilean general has already played under Conte at Juventus, where the pair enjoyed a successful spell together. The Italian recently described Vidal as 'one of the best in the world' which has sparked a plethora of rumours understandably.

There seems to be a little bit of a transfer merry go round which needs to happen if the move to Stamford Bridge is to happen but it looks like both are keen on the move.

Vidal would certainly add a sense of dynamism to Chelsea's midfield, potentially creating a dream engine room alongside N'Golo Kante and Cesc Fabregas.
