Chelsea are in big trouble on and off the pitch and they need to find some form quickly if they don’t want to wave goodbye to their Champions League aspirations.

Having started the season so well, the Blues are now in complete turmoil and just want to get some valuable points to turn their season around.

Maurizio Sarri is the man everyone has been quick to question but with his players not performing on the pitch, it’s proving to be a tough job for the Italian to manage.

Whoever is in charge of the Blues come next season will have a very tough task of sorting out a confidence-stripped bunch of players.

With the potential for no transfer activity coming in either, Chelsea may have to resort to utilising one of the many stars they currently have out on-loan.

Tiemoue Bakayoko is a player who could enjoy another spell at Stamford Bridge, making up for his woeful displays last season.

Bakayoko, (who is valued at £27 million on Transfermarkt) has been a different man entirely to the one Chelsea's fans will badly remember from last campaign.

After a poor first season at Stamford Bridge, Tiemoue Bakayoko moved to AC Milan, a team he has been performing well for since agreeing his loan.

Despite starting slowly, Bakayoko is now an important player for Milan and one they may look to hold on to past the season.

Yet Chelsea, who would have been monitoring his progress, may think twice about letting him go permanently.

He has already made 30 appearances and supplementing the likes of N'Golo Kante and Jorginho could help him revive his status at Chelsea Football Club. Indeed, it won't be hard for him to be better than Mateo Kovacic, who is due to return to Real Madrid at the end of the campaign.
