Chelsea might well be looking to spend again in January, as the future of Eden Hazard remains up the air somewhat.

The Blues will know they need to plan for the Belgian potentially leaving, and whether that be acting now to add new players or waiting for the summer, they will need to be drawing up a list of potential targets to improve their squad, with or without Hazard.

We here at the Tavern would love to see some new players at the Bridge, and one man we think would be a solid addition is Spanish forward, Rodrigo.

The Valencia star has really come to life in the last few seasons and developed a reputation as one of the finest attacking players in La Liga when he is fit and firing.

Rodrigo is a class act, and possesses plenty of quality in and around the box, meaning he should have little problem adjusting to life in the Premier League if a move was to come to light.

An excellent finisher but also someone who is clever enough to create and lay on chances for his teammates, Rodrigo would be a superb signing for a club like Chelsea, especially if the aforementioned Hazard does indeed decide to make his move away from the club.

Chelsea fans, what do you think? Would Rodrigo be a good signing? Let us know in the comments!
