West Ham United fans here in the Tavern are desperate for their side to secure another season in the Premier League, as they’re currently flirting with the possibility of relegation.
Surprisingly, the Hammers have been flirting with the possibility of relegation for large parts of the current campaign, as David Moyes has struggled to ensure consistency since taking over back in November. And, it looks as if one of their transfer window flops could be on his way out of the exits, as according to ESPN, Javier Hernandez is wanted by former club Chivas on a six-month loan deal.
Chivas are understood to be plotting an ambitious swoop for West Ham striker Javier Hernandez.
Sadly, the Mexican has struggled to come to terms with Premier League football in the current campaign, as he has been largely used as an impact sub.
Interestingly, Hernandez admitted in February he had tried to leave in the winter window to get more game time before the World Cup. Therefore, the Hammers are likely to be willing to listen to offers for the striker, with MLS clubs also believed to be keeping tabs on Hernandez’s situation.
Javier Hernandez has had a season to forget as he hasn’t been able to come to terms with Premier League football, as an exit is looking inevitable. But, many of our local residents aren’t too bothered about his possible departure, as he has offered very little in the current campaign and is one of the main reasons behind the poor position that the club currently finds itself in.
