HITC is reporting that both Aston Villa and Tottenham Hotspur are considering make a move for 21-year-old Reice Charles-Cook.
The youngster has been impressing since breaking into Coventry’s first team last month and has taken his chance accordingly. Only contracted at the Ricoh Arena until the end of the season, Coventry are keen to get the player who has kept five consecutive clean sheets to sign a new deal to remain with the League One club.
Charles-Cook began his career with Arsenal before moving on to Bury and he joined Coventry in the summer of 2014, spending a chunk of last season out on loan at Nuneaton.
The Coventry fans in The Transfer Tavern are hopeful that they will be able to hold on to Charles-Cook and feel he would be better off playing first team football, rather than get stuck in a Premier League Under 21 side.
