Crystal Palace captain eying imminent transfer exit

jedinakThe Crystal Palace fans are gathered at the jukebox in The Transfer Tavern and discussing a potential move for their club captain.

The Daily Mirror is reporting that Mile Jedinak is being targeted for a potential move to the Far East.

He is the latest to become linked with a move to China, and with him being Australian and part of the AFC, he would not be considered a foreign player, which is attracting many clubs to ask about th defenders availability.

The 31-year-old joined Palace back in 2013 and was part of the squad that achieved promotion via the play-offs at Wembley that May.

Jedinak was targeted by both Newcastle United and Sunderland during the January window but the club refused to sell unless they managed to find a replacement, so it remains to be seen if the club are willing to let a player, who has only made five appearances this season, go.

The Crystal Palace fans in The Tavern think the time would be right to let Jedinak go and would like to thank him for all his efforts during his time at the club.

Palace fans, would you let Jedinak leave this month? Let us know in the comments below!
