Crystal Palace could still lose Wilfried Zaha, with PSG the latest club linked with a move for the winger.
The Eagles managed to keep hold of their star man through the summer, but with the European window still firmly open and PSG possibly set to lose Neymar, the Mirror is reporting that the French giants are eyeing a £100m move for Zaha.
Zaha has started the season for Roy Hodgson in mixed form but played a key role on Saturday as they saw off Manchester United at Old Trafford to record a fine away win.
Palace are desperate to keep hold of a player who they pin a lot of their attacking play on, with Zaha scoring 10 goals as he helped Palace remain in the top flight.
Zaha’s importance for Palace cannot be understated either in terms of his other contributions, with the winger averaging 3.4 successful dribbles per game last season and getting himself fouled three times a game in the process (via WhoScored).
£100m is an awful lot of money, and it’s hard to see Zaha not wanting to go to PSG either if a big money move does come along with Champions League football on the offering.
Palace will need a replacement, but at least they’ll have £100m in the coffers to play with when January comes around.
