The Crystal Palace fans are by the pool table, nervously potting the balls as their Premier League status still hangs in the balance.
However some news that might lift some Palace fan’s spirits, is the possible long term contract of their young winger Sullay Kaikai.
TEAMtalk reports that Palace are in-talks with the winger in the hope he signs a long term contract.
Kaikai is currently out on loan with Shrewsbury this season, scoring an impressive 12 goals. His performances have helped Shrewsbury in their bid to survive relegation in League one.
With the possibility of some big name departures, this may be the reason why palace want to tie down on of their hot prospects. With Zaha and Bolasie having standout seasons under Pardew, they may gain some interest from bigger European clubs.
Kaikai was recently named as League One Player of the Moth in March and his performances have not gone unnoticed by the Palace manager. With the hopes that the 20 year old signs a long term contract it seems that Pardew has some big plans for the Englishman.
Palace fans… Will Kaikai be a big hit at your club? Or will he be a rotation player?
