Crystal Palace managed to get the better of London rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the FA Cup recently, which booked Roy Hodgson’s side a place in the fifth round.
The Eagles are still at risk from dropping into the relegation zone if they fail to ensure consistency from here on in, with just three points separating them from the bottom three.
Although, it appears as if Roy Hodgson is eyeing a possible addition at this moment in time, as according to The Mirror, Crystal Palace are keen to take Yannick Bolasie back to Selhurst Park.
Yannick Bolasie has demanded a move to another Premier League club this month after cancelling his season-long loan deal at Championship side Aston Villa.
Crystal Palace already have the likes of Andros Townsend and Wilfried Zaha at their disposal, but it looks as if Hodgson is on the hunt for even more attackers as the Eagles are keen to sign Bolasie.
However, it’s understood that Newcastle, Burnley and Cardiff City are all monitoring the situation with an eye to making a move for the Congo international.
Yannick Bolasie is very familiar with the surroundings at Selhurst Park from his time at Crystal Palace, so the Eagles may have the upper-hand in the race for the attacker.
Crystal Palace would have an extremely dangerous attack if Bolasie makes a return, with Zaha and Townsend already impressing. And, with Bakary Sako returning to Selhurst Park recently, perhaps another reunion is on the cards.Like what the TT have on offer? Sign up for more notifications!
