Crystal Palace fans have been sharing their love for French centre-back Mamadou Sakho after he tweeted after his first game back from injury.
The 29-year-old wrote on Twitter after the game: “Very happy to be back with a win yesterday”, sparking many replies from excited Palace fans.

Sakho sustained a knee injury last season (Evening Standard) and hasn’t been able to play competitively up until Saturday.
Surgery was required for the commanding centre-back, and despite playing a pre-season game versus AFC Wimbledon, this was the first time that he had played a competitive match since.
Sakho was named on the bench in Crystal Palace’s 1-0 win versus Aston Villa and, after a Martin Kelly injury, he was needed.
Jordan Ayew scored the only goal of the game as Palace held on for three points which remarkably puts them in the top four after four games.
Unsurprisingly, Palace fans were elated to see the return of a fan favourite and duly gave him a lot of love on Twitter.
