Crystal Palace need to be wary of losing this in-form forward in the January transfer window

Crystal Palace have begun to pick up some form under manager Roy Hodgson as the club seeks to avoid a battle with relegation after what was a woeful start to the Premier League campaign this term.

The Eagles fans here in the Tavern have been in a far better mood of late following their pick up in form, and given their draw with Manchester City today, they have every right to be quite hopeful that they can once again end the season as a Premier League club.

Our landlord thinks that the Palace squad is blessed with some fine talent, but it’s this what he thinks could prove to be their downfall, with flying winger Wilf Zaha one of the players to come back into his best form and spearhead the reignition in form.

Zaha though is looking like he’s getting back to the form which once earned him a move to Man United, and despite his failure at Old Trafford last time, he could well be willing to give himself another crack at the big four if one was to come knocking.

With both Arsenal and Spurs both making noises about their admiration for Zaha, he could well opt to move on should a deal be struck between both clubs, and the winger could well find it hard to resist a move to either club.

Palace fans, what do you think to this? Can you keep Zaha? Let us know in the comments!

There have been 534 goals scored in the 199 Premier League matches played so far this season. That, dear friends, is an average of 2.68 per game. This is one of the reasons we have selected a bumper +1.5 goals coupon with excellent LeoVegas odds for this Saturday.
