Crystal Palace have had a difficult start to the Premier League season and it appears that they are looking towards the January market for reinforcements.
The Selhurst Park outfit need to improve their squad, with the defence an area of concern for Roy Hodgson at the moment.
However, it appears the Ivory Coast international has risen to the top of his wishlist this winter as he is short of central defenders.
The 25-year-old is thought to have been attracting interest from a number of clubs across Spain and England and it is believed the Eredivisie outfit will let him leave should their valuation for him be met.
Kanon is an impressive defender and someone Palace should look to target in the winter.
The south London outfit currently have a lack of options in the centre-back position, and with Scott Dann out with a long-term injury, they do not appear to be getting any better.
However, it will not just be the defence that is causing Hodgson and the Eagles concerns, as the club have only managed to net five times in the Premier League so far with Wilfried Zaha netting three of them.
