Many Chelsea fans have taken over a post by Crystal Palace by trolling a message they had for Wilfried Zaha.
On Sunday, November 10, the Ivorian turned 27, but his birthday weekend is likely to be overshadowed by the fact that Palace succumbed to a 2-0 defeat against the Blues; a game he didn’t play particularly well in.
Like he often does, he still looked Palace’s most threatening player in the match – represented by his 7.0 match rating on WhoScored, the highest on the Palace team – however, he never genuinely looked like winning the game for Palace.
The Eagles went into half-time at 0-0, but goals from Tammy Abraham and Christian Pulisic after some persistent pressure but the game beyond doubt for the Eagles.
When the CPFC Twitter account wished the Palace legend a happy birthday, Palace fans couldn’t get a word in edgeways as part of the Chelsea fanbase came in droves to rinse Zaha for his performance on Saturday, with many claiming that Reece James ‘had him in his pocket’.
Here are some of the replies from Cheslea fans…
