Many Crystal Palace fans have discussed the forgotten man: Jairo Riedewald.
The Dutch midfielder was bought to the club by Frank de Boer in 2017, shortly after he and his side lost to Manchester United in the Europa League final, but he has failed to start his Premier League career like he would have hoped.
Has Zaha flopped this season?
Joining for a fee believed to be around £8.1m (per Transfermarkt), the 23-year-old has picked up just 20 appearances despite being in his third season with the club, with Roy Hodgson rarely favouring to pick the versatile player.
Before he joined Palace at just 20, he managed to play 93 times for Ajax, picking up one Eredivisie trophy in the process in the 2013/14 season.
Many fans have now discussed the forgotten about defender – who hasn’t played a league game since April 2018 – to see whether they still think he should be within the squad and whether he can cut the mustard at Selhurst Park.
Here are some of the discussions below…
I’d play Riedewald, he’s got talent just never gets a chance.

It's the young players like Meyer and Jairo who I think we are making mistakes with. Are team is too old and we need to keep the decent young players

Jairo is one of the best passers of the ball we have, no idea why he never gets a chance, would love to watch a training session, to begin to understand why him, Meyer and Camarasa don't get a chance in the first 11
